Focaccia is Italian comfort food. It’s great by itself, it’s even better dipped in olive oil, and it can be easily transformed into a meal when paired with spreads and grilled vegetables. I distinctly remember eating focaccia as a kid in my grandparent’s kitchen, and the nostalgic taste of biting into an airy, salty, and oily bread. The goal with this blog is to capture my learnings in making focaccia so you can enjoy it with friends, family, or anyone lucky enough to try it.
